About Me

My creative journey started in 2010, my junior year of high school, where I was part of a special program called Freestyle Academy of Communication Arts & Technology in Mountain View, California. It was the first time I was exposed to Adobe Programs and fell in love with Indesign & Illustrator. Having exposure to a lot of creative fields and their roles, I discovered I had a passion for Graphic Design. I applied to get my bachelors in Graphic Design from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Meanwhile I was playing for the school team and then moved on to freelancing and working as a volleyball coach.

In 2016 I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design. That summer I was hired as a Junior Graphic Designer by Michael Osborne Design, a design firm in Palo Alto, Ca specialized in brand identity and package design. Under Michael Osborne’s mentorship, I was able to work for companies such as Moquin Press, Heart to Heart Global Cardiac Care, The Art of Yoga Project, Fess Parker, Freedom Estate, and the Ansel Adam’s family.

During my time working for Michael Osborne Design, I was asked to take a fair amount of photographs for the advertisements we were designing. I had been thinking about going back to school for a Masters, and then it hit me, I needed to take my hobby of photographing into something much more professional to then use the skill in my designs.

In 2017 I enrolled for a Masters in Photography, again from Academy of Art University in SF while continuing to work for Michael Osborne Design.

In the summer of 2018 when Michael retired after 35+ year of running his design firm, I went on to work for Ivory Sky Media in San Jose, Ca. Taking my filming and editing skills to the next level. From family vacation blogging, to weddings, and commercial shoots. Working for big companies like Bluescape and traveling to shoot their products in North Carolina, Michigan, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.

April of 2019 I departed from Ivory Sky Media and began again to freelance in both design and videography. Alongside still working as a volleyball coach, this time for a high level youth traveling team. Lastly ended the year with my PhaseOne Certification.

Now in 2020, I am finishing up my last semester of my Masters in Photography, and freelancing combining all of my expertise. Being a one stop shop to help clients and companies create and develop a unique brand identity. Specializing in imagery and video, designed to visually represent their brand, vision, team, and clients in a more targeted and authentic way. I create content that evokes emotion, resonating with their ideal clients and helping express what separates them from their competitors.
